Significant M&A experience including due diligence and subsequent integration activities with Executive Leadership Team responsibilities across several industries (Pharmaceutical, Aluminum Extrusion, Electric Utilities, Metal Stamping, Beverage and Printing) including U.S. and international companies.

VP, Operations/HR – Provided leadership for this $250 million international supplier of metal stampings with direct P&L responsibilities for six manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico with over 1600 employees.

SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer – Indalex Aluminum Solutions: Indalex was a $1.1 billion supplier of customized aluminum extrusion components operating over twenty-five manufacturing plants in North America and China with over 5000 associates and 50+ HR professionals.


Division Director, Human Resources - Tyco International:  Led the HR function in support of nine pharmaceutical plants in the U.S., Mexico, and Europe with over 2900 ee’s and $1.6 billion in revenue.

Certifications in Compensation, Benefits, Labor, and as a Master Trainer.

Rewrote the SPHR exam and administered to over 90 HR professionals to enhance a targeted employee development process while improving the ROI for budgeted training and development. Assessment tool became known as Skills, Knowledge, and Inventory (SKI).

Significant experience as Chief Negotiator or Administrator for third party negotiations including successful negotiations with the IBT, UAW, IBEW, USW, IOW, and others. I have negotiated across North America and had direct responsibilities in Mexico, Canada, and Europe for labor contracts.

BS Industrial and Labor Relations, MS studies in ILR, and certification from Harvard University’s Program On Negotiations.

Charged with the “transformation” of the HR & Operations function in several organizations with successful transition from a plant-centric administrative function to system capable business partners.
